“I am the vine; you are the branches.  If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

“Then he said, ‘The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

 

Now our watermelon plant is growing and maturing.  How can we tell?  It is producing watermelons which are full of seeds that will produce more watermelon plants!  In God’s economy, the ultimate expression of love is to sow love into others who will grow to sow love into others eventually filling all of God’s creation!  The fruits God desires us to grow are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control (Galatians 5: 22-23).  Loving relationships and service in our families, our church, our neighborhood and our world are the ways in which we sow the seeds of God’s love in others.  

 

We invite you to sow the love of Christ in others with us!
